Why a sleeping sun?

Hello, I'm Lydia

I've been drawing little cabins for years. A few years ago I started turning them into gifts for my goddaughters, niece and nephew, and I haven't stopped since.

I was born on Earth Day and have always loved the sun and the moon. During lockdown I made little clay dishes shaped like suns with sleepy faces, and wrote "sleeping sun" on the bottom of each one. The name stuck, and so did the sun.
